Since 1984 Coxeters has seen considerable changes in the management of the business and the occupation of its property. The company is now engaged in the creation and management of business and retail lettings within the buildings, with up to twenty two tenants at any one time.

 

In 1989/1990 the company undertook further expansion with the building of Tannery Court, erected on the site of The Old Tannery (dating back to 1800). The new building comprises retail on the ground floor with a variety of uses on the First and Second Floors as diverse as Gymnasium and Offices.

 

For the benefit of customers and visitors the site offers parking for up to 70 cars.
